If we are closed please leave a voicemail. We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment slot. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours to cancel all appointments. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Appointments not cancelled within the 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A no show appointment  will Charged the total amount of the appointment. If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to call the salon. Out of respect for all of our clients and Stylists, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be expected to pay for the time they reserved. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival, however, many of our services do not have the ability to do so.
