APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE
Clients should arrive on time to ensure the full service can be completed. If a client is running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next guest. Please notify the salon as soon as possible if you are running late.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our JM Salon Policies require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another guest. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. No-call/no-show appointments will automatically be charged a non-refundable fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.
DEPOSITS
Certain services such as extensions, corrective color, or long transformations require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your final total.
EXTENSION & COLOR GUARANTEE
We stand by the quality of our work and products. Proper home care is essential for maintaining results. We provide professional aftercare instructions to protect your investment. Failure to follow recommended aftercare or use professional-grade products may void service guarantees.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
For safety and comfort, children are only permitted in the salon if they have a scheduled appointment. Additional guests are not allowed in the service area unless previously approved by your stylist.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you need anything adjusted, please contact the salon within 3 days of your service. While refunds are not offered, we are happy to make reasonable corrections.

At JM Salon, we are committed to providing every guest with a stress-free, enjoyable experience. To help us maintain a high level of service, we kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted based on the remaining time available. This ensures we stay on schedule for all clients throughout the day.
For extension, color, or specialty bookings, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service at checkout. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside our policy window, the deposit may be forfeited.
We encourage clients to communicate openly with their stylist about their desired results. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make any necessary adjustments. We do not provide refunds on services, but we are happy to make reasonable corrections.
